My first full day in Paris.  We started the day with an orientation at Cite' University.  We followed that with a wonderful lunch at Nectarine at Place des Vosges.  I had a wonderful Tarte provencale (savory southern vegetarian pie), Creme brulee for dessert and a very, very rich hot chocolate.  Wow...the spoon could stand up in the cup.  It was all good and rich!

We took a bus tour of the city after lunch to see many wonderful sites of Paris.  We will be seeing quite a few of these same sites up close during walking tours like the Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe, etc.   It is massive and way bigger than I had imagined it would be.  I will share more information once we take the tour up close.
